Believe it or not Chevron often appear in the world press (the internet) despite being a UK Ultimate team and not a multinational oil company as some people seem to think. Yesterday the Consumer Watchdog discussed the announcement by Chevron that we had a 22% yearly profit increase. As this was a gag just to wind up Rob Mitchell I think they took it all a little bit too seriously. Although sending Dave Barnard as their spokesmen suggests they do have a sense of humour. Profits actually went from £2.53 to £3.79; a rise of just under 50%. [See the video]

Chevron and their 22% profits
Policy analyst and Author Antonia Juhasz also turned out today to be another individual who doesn’t really like Chevron. Even going to the extent of wearing a "No Blood for Chevron" poster. A Chevron team member, when asked about the incident, said "Look at her, that’s supposed to be a statement? She hasn’t even bothered to get a t-shirt printed. It’s just a screwed up piece of paper" [See the video]

Not all publicity was negative though as Alan Partridge, a life long Chevron Action Flash Supporter was seen in the streets of Paris wearing his Chevron Supporters kit. [See the video]

Life-long fan Alan in Paris
After all this time; the club just keeps on growing.
